Meetings and events are reportable if they meet the following criteria:

The event rotates in Texas destinations.
The event is held on a regular basis and has 10 or more room nights on peak.
The event must be reported within 2 months of the closing of the event.Meetings qualifying for TxMET include but are not limited to sports, medical, military, government, religious, association, corporate, fraternal, etc.
