• Conference is business casual however meeting rooms can be chilly! You may want to bring a sweater or light jacket

Important: Your event badge is REQUIRED for entry into all sessions and events, including the evening reception.

Breakfast & lunch on Tuesday as well as beverage breaks throughout will be provided.

We do our best to accommodate members with dietary restrictions and some food items will be labeled. If you have specific needs, please email lindsay@tacvb.org by Wednesday, June 4^th.

Meet in the Sheraton lobby at 8:50 AM. Visit Arlington and TACVB staff will greet you to board our coach for a 9:00 AM departure, scheduled to return by 11:00am.
