TACVB strives to create opportunities for sponsors that will convert hand-shakes into new or increased business. We have opportunities at individual events or opportunities that cover multiple events throughout the year. Sponsorship Packages

New for 2017-2018 is the opportunity to build a sponsorship package to fit your marketing needs. Designed to provide you with maximum visibility throughout the year and across multiple TACVB events, these packages help increase your brand’s exposure among our audience of influential decision-makers. And they’re budget friendly! By purchasing a sponsorship package, you save 10% over our regular individual pricing.

Event Sponsorships

If a package isn’t what you’re looking for, TACVB has several opportunities for sponsorships at individual events. All are designed to provide your organization with the maximum exposure for the best possible price. Whether you want to reach all TACVB members or target a select few, the opportunities provided at these events will help you reach your goals.

Annual Conference

Annual Conference provides you with the opportunity to connect with members of the travel industry, find new customers, build brand awareness, and show your support for destinations throughout Texas and Oklahoma. This event is a valuable opportunity to showcase your business in front of approximately 300 DMO professionals.


Symposiums are short, hyper-focused events designed to deliver current, relevant, and experiential knowledge and skills to DMO professionals. There will be three Symposiums on three different topics - Marketing, Sales, and Leadership. We anticipate roughly 75-100 DMO professionals to attend each Symposium.

Destination Marketing Principles

These three regional seminars are designed especially for DMO staff, hotel and attractions partners, elected officials, board members, and volunteers. They offer a full day of information that is beneficial to anyone involved in promoting a destination to visitors. We anticipate roughly 75-
100 DMO professionals to attend each seminar.

The TACVB Board is comprised of 14 members representing DMOs from our membership. There are positions for eight CEOs and 4 professional staff representatives. The Board Chair may appoint two additional members who can be either CEOs or professional staff. CEO board seats are two-year positions, professional staff seats are three-year positions, and the Chair appointees are for one year. The TACVB Board sets the policy for the organization and advises TACVB staff on the organization’s direction.
