We are excited to welcome you to Austin for our Annual Conference! Please read the following so you come prepared for the event.

BADGE PICK-UP AT REGISTRATION
Location: Hyatt Regency Austin - Zilker Foyer, 1st Floor
Wednesday, August 21 | 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Thursday, August 22 | 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
From the Parking Garage – Take the garage elevators down to level 2, upon exiting, walk straight and take the escalators down to Zilker Foyer on the first floor.
From the Hotel Guestroom Elevators – Take the elevator down to level 2, head left as you exit the elevator, walk over the skyway and take the escalators down to Zilker Foyer on the first floor.
From the Front Drive – You can get to Zilker Foyer/Registration by walking in the front lobby – take the escalator on the right up to the second floor, continue over the skyway and take the escalators down to Zilker Foyer on the first floor
From the Front Drive – Do NOT enter the hotel, but rather walk on the sidewalk outside past the Starbucks entrance and under the portico, you will be able to enter the glass doors straight into the Zilker Lobby
Important: Your event badge is REQUIRED for entry into all sessions and events, including the evening parties.
MEALS
Breakfasts and lunches will be served in Zilker Ballroom. We do our best to accommodate members with dietary restrictions and specific food items will be labeled. If you have specific needs, please email lindsay@tacvb.org no later than Wednesday, August 14th.
PARTNER HALL
We have a robust group of conference partners who are excited to connect with you! Please make plans to walk through our Partner Hall which will be conveniently located in Zilker Foyer. Explore all of our partners HERE.
PRE-CONFERENCE WORKSHOPS
Please note you need to have already registered in advance for the pre-conference classes taking place on Tuesday & Wednesday including the Women's Leadership Conference, Destination Marketing Principles, Austin Destination Tour, Sales 101 & Services 101. We are not able to accommodate any changes to schedules at this time.
DESTINATION TOUR
Please note you need to have already registered in advance for the tour. Meet in the Hyatt Regency lobby at 8:00 AM. Visit Austin staff will greet you to board our coach for an 8:15 AM departure, scheduled to return by 11:30 AM.

We have some wonderful prizes donated by our members and partners! All funds raised benefit the Scholarship and Research Fund. Silent auction tables will be located near Zilker Ballroom.
