WHAT TO BRING
Attire for the educational sessions is business casual, and social gatherings are casual (bring your school spirit wear for the Opening Reception!). The Closing Party will be held at a very casual bar/venue in the Northgate Entertainment District - there will be indoor space available. However, we still recommend dressing for hot weather.
Bring a sweater, blazer, or wrap for the indoor educational sessions in case the meeting rooms are cold.
Don't forget to bring plenty of business cards to exchange with your colleagues!
Breakfasts and lunches are served right outside the Century Ballroom. We do our best to accommodate those members with dietary restrictions and specific food items will be labeled. If you have specific needs, please email email@example.com.
This year's Destination tour on Tuesday morning is sold out.
Please note you need to be registered in advance for the three pre-conference classes taking place on Tuesday: Women's Leadership Conference, Destination Marketing Principles, and Cheat Code Presentation Workshop

We have some wonderful prizes donated by our members and partners! Some of the amazing experiences include a Getaway to Fredericksburg, Dallas Stars tickets, Fort Worth Getaway at the Hotel Drover, gift baskets, and more! All funds raised benefit the Scholarship and Research Fund.

Wednesday, August 30, from 7:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. (closed during general sessions and the business meeting)
Are you in need of a refreshed headshot? Stop by the Headshot Salon for a complimentary photo taken by professional photo staff courtesy of Texas Monthly. They will be located in the PARTNER HALL right outside the Century Ballroom.
